The SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager course is a two-day, immersive training that prepares participants to deliver value through effective execution of their roles in the SAFe® enterprise. Attendees gain a deep understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), customer needs, backlog prioritization, and program-level execution. Upon completion, participants are eligible to take the SAFe® POPM certification exam.

This course is designed for those who define, prioritize, and deliver features and stories in a Lean-Agile enterprise. Whether you’re a Product Owner working closely with Agile teams, or a Product Manager guiding strategy at the program level, this course provides the mindset, tools, and techniques needed to align execution with customer value.
