Leading SAFe® (SAFe Agilist Certification)

The Leading SAFe® course is the cornerstone of understanding and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) across enterprises. This interactive, two-day course equips leaders and change agents with the tools, principles, and mindset needed to lead Agile transformations and deliver value at scale. Upon completion, participants will be eligible to take the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam.

As organizations increasingly embrace Lean-Agile practices, Leading SAFe® empowers executives, managers, and Agile change agents to confidently scale Agile across teams, departments, and portfolios.
