It is sustained, practical engagement with your Agile Release Train — working with your RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to close the gap between how SAFe is supposed to work and how it actually runs in your organization. I bring pattern recognition from real ARTs, direct feedback, and the kind of honest assessment that internal teams often can't provide.

What I Offer
ART Launch & Stabilization
Launching a new ART or stabilizing one that is struggling. I work with leadership and teams through the first two to three PIs to establish healthy cadence, clear roles, and delivery confidence.

Per PI (10–12 weeks)
PI-Cycle Retainer
Coaching engagement aligned to your PI cadence. I attend all key ART events, provide ongoing coaching to RTEs and Scrum Masters, and deliver a structured PI retrospective and recommendations.
Best for: ARTs that want consistent coaching across a full PI
3–6+ months
Multi-PI Partnership
Sustained engagement across multiple PIs for organizations in active transformation or building a new ART from the ground up. Includes strategic advisory alongside hands-on coaching.

Assessment & Proposal
Based on what I learn, I'll share an honest assessment and a proposed engagement — scope, approach, and investment. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.
Engagement Kickoff
We align on goals, establish working rhythms, and I get embedded in your ART cadence. Coaching starts immediately — no lengthy onboarding.

Common Questions
Do we need to be running SAFe already?
No. I work with organizations at all stages — considering SAFe, just launching, or well into a transformation that needs a reset. The engagement is shaped around where you actually are.
How is this different from a SAFe training course?
Training teaches the framework. Coaching applies it to your specific context — your teams, your dynamics, your organizational constraints. Most ARTs that struggle don't have a knowledge problem; they have an application problem.
What does pricing look like?
Engagements are scoped and priced based on the work involved — duration, depth, and number of teams. I don't publish rates because a one-day PI Planning facilitation and a six-month transformation partnership are very different things. Reach out and I'll give you a straight answer.
Can you work with remote or distributed ARTs?
Yes. I have experience coaching ARTs that are fully remote, hybrid, and co-located. PI Planning and key ceremonies can be facilitated effectively in any of these formats.
How many ARTs can you support at once?
I keep my client load intentionally small so every engagement gets real attention. I'll be direct about capacity when you reach out.
